Paper Submission Guidelines

ICSCCS 2016 requires that the submitted manuscript (in English only) is solely from author's own work and not from the work of others. Upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) are assumed to have transferred the copyright of the article to the ICTACT. Authors are requested to submit the paper in MS WORD format as per the ICTACT Conference Format through Online submission OR email to

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based principally on originality, significance, technical and/or research content/depth, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. Paper submissions will be reviewed by subject matter experts selected by the conference committee. The authors will be notified of the review results by email.

At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference in order to submit the final version and present orally. Registered and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN. The best selected papers presented will be published in related scopes of ICTACT Journals. Conference kit will be provided only to the registered authors.
